At FAE, you won't just execute — you'll build. Ideas move fast here, from a thought to a product to something someone actually uses every day. We care deeply about what we put out into the world, and even more about how it makes people feel.

We're unapologetically consumer-obsessed. Every decision comes back to one question: would they love this? Would they choose to purchase this product again and again? Can we build a permanent spot in their vanity? Not what competitors are doing, not what's trending — just what truly resonates.

This is a high ownership environment. There's no excessive hand holding, no waiting around for instructions. You're expected to figure things out, make decisions, and move things forward — even when things aren't perfect.

You'll do well here if you have strong taste, beauty exposure, care about details, and think in ideas rather than just tasks. If you move fast, have opinions (but can change them), and genuinely love beauty, you'll feel at home.
